Has anyone else had better success on the Walmart stink bait?? I wouldn't normally post a video with such little action ya'll, but this is an honest review and this is all I got 😆

Well yeah it's a honest review of what you expirenced but different conditions might make a difference in what happens it's usually how it works with all fishing thank you for your opinion on this matter plus who the heck worries about egg shells when they naturally decompose anyway sometimes those type of people make me worry for the future 😅

I'VE heard that bugs don't like biting people who eat garlic; try eating garlic capsules (odourless) ones in the spring to autumn fall. ALSO when we used 'rough it' on holiday vacations in the boonies, when I was growing up we lit some kind of thing that looked like a small electric element on a stove that gave off a mosquito repellent smoke. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇬🇧🇨🇦

Great catfish fishing video Micah! When I was a kid… over 40 years ago, my dad would take us catfishing on the weekends and we would use clams with treading yarn to hold in on the hook. Worked every time, full stringers!🎉

Just so you know, Panfish is a catchall term (even sometimes used by the DNRs) to reference any of the following, and sometimes more: Yellow and White Perch, Black and White Crappie, and all sunfish. They even sometimes use it to refer to white bass. So to answer your question at 10:00, a lot of panfish will eat whole shad, I've had Yellow Perch eat much bigger than that.

Micah, I’d love to see you, Ace and Me Ancient come to Kansas City and fish our rivers, if you ever do a tour of the states. Where the Mighty MO meets the Kansas River or Kaw point as we call it, there’s monsters in there 60+ lbs. and that’s a regular thing around here. Very deep holes, fast and slow water, flats, it’s a cat fisherman’s dream.

I'm the guy who gave you the chapstick suggestion. Sorry it didn't work well. Maybe you should unscrew it more often? Chapstick lubricates it but may not stop corrosion if it's not unscrewed and reapplied once in a while. Much enjoy your videos, I generally fish Lopez Lake near San Luis Obispo, Ca.

That flutterby was a Painted Lady! I'd invest in a vacuum sealer if you're risking losing fish to the freezer. Vacuum sealed packages gaurantee there will be no freezer burn or other ways for the fish to go bad. Time to invest! Al Dente Rice is a good time 😂

Use anti-seize paste on the seat posts. Never caught much but channels on any stinkbait. Seldom a blue, and very rarely a flathead. Both blues and flatheads prefer fish/cutbait in my experience.

You should try just fishing for carp ,I perfer to use quaker oatmeal and a little artificial vanilla extract, one handful of oatmeal formed around the hook to make a ball on the hook, just keep on kneading it until it stays on, if you do it right it won't come off

The best catfish bait is foster farms brand chicken livers. You can still buy it at wallmart. But its real and bloody and it works

Hey buddy with my pedestal seat rods I use wheel bearing grease. I only do it like once a year and it keeps it from rusting in like that. Hope this little tip helps!! I love the videos keep it up

I would say for catfishing, if you dont get a bite or fish at a location after 20 minutes, change locations. Its worked for me and thats what luke from outdoor boys yt channel recommends

The best stinkbait I've ever used is the Danny kings catfish punch bait carolina rigged with a #4 treble hook when the fish won't bite worms shad cut bait liver shrimp or anything else I pull this stuff out and catch fish
