Tnks a lot for the video. Do you know if the solenoid with some scale or dust could influence the level of wetness in the coffee cake? I’m having problems when I try to empty the filter. The coffee cake is always very wet and Is leaving pieces of coffee in the filter. I tried with different volumes of coffee, different tamping pressure, changing the grinding, and also with with 3 different filters, but the problem persist. Best, Camilo

Is this common on a new machine

I wouldn't say it's common but it's certainly not unheard of. I purchased a brand new machine several years ago (not a Lelit Bianca) and I ran into a similar problem with the water feed to the brew boiler. Turns out there was a bit of gunk on the seat of solenoid valve which required me to disassemble and clean as shown in this video. At the time of my problem the machine was less the two weeks old! (the gunk / debris could have been introduced during my plumbing adventure or something I failed to see in the reservoir etc. It happens.
