Why so much machines came with a broken flow control valve? My machine was produced in September 2020 also had an broken flow control valve. You should investigate in it. My dealer sent me an new assembly.

hi Lelit. My Bianca v3 (a machine that I own for 10 months only), yesterday "lost" the correct flow. So, right now, with pedal fully open, it gives me 2.2 ml water (instead of around 6.5 ml), so less water coming through, and the pressure while brewing goes max to 4 bar on the head. While the machine itself is running at 9 bar. Why did this happen ? I will try and follow your instructions to correct things

Hello Lelit, do you have any idea why my Flow Control unit of my Bianca is very hard to move while i brew espresso? Everytime when the chamber in which the flow control unit is installed is full with water the paddle is hard to move. After ending the shot the paddle runs smooth again when the chamber gets empty. No broken needle and no broken gicleur, everything is intact. Do you have any idea whats the issue here?

Hi Lelit, I've had my Bianca for over 2 years, which has been fantastic. Recently the flow control valve failed due to the mushroom valve de-threading. I've searched for a replacement part for the mushroom nut only, unfortunately my distributor and others only sell it in the flow control kit, which is very expensive and unnecessary. Can Lelit provide the mushroom nut as an individual part? So I can use this signature feature again. Thanks.

Nope. Just got a new machine yesterday. Valve came broken in half.

Only two years and a half of use, and the padle control is already broken : ( It seems that there is a spring who brok inside the srew who control the pressure. So there is no more control flow, all is open. And the cost to change that is really expensive, for how many times before needed ton change it again? Really disapointed for a 2000 euros expresso... Specially when ou just need one piece. I have picture to show where the springs broke, it can not maintain the pressure so the paddle move up.

Hello, you can use the machine with the flows that stops while closing it, or you can use the paddle and and let some water out. They are two fifferent mode of use but both of them are valid. Thank you, LELIT Team
