You're not supposed to change the temperature setting often. It's a preference thing based on the kind of coffee you drink.

​@@DrCaligar1 There's a Bianca for that. This is the machine for people who aren't interested in changing temp between shots. If you're being serious a Decent is probably what you're looking for.
