If it has Midi, get a Midi-USB interface, and download FL Studio, as well as some synth VSTs. NI Massive is a very good one. - I'd suggest you download these using torrents or anything similar as buying them will be VERY expensive. If you actually start making money off them, then you should probably buy them. There are plenty of tutorials on KZbin on how to use FL Studio, as well as genre-specific tutorials. Keep in mind it will take lots of time till you can achieve a song as good as this - And that this one in particular was probably mixed in a very high-end studio by a good engineer. As far as mixing goes - When (and if) you get good at making songs, you might want to invest in a pair of good headphones. Even better, if - sometime in the future - you want to take it to a professional level and already have a large fanbase, you may want to actually invest in building a small home studio; A good computer, better controllers and keyboards, acoustic treatment, monitors, and maybe a good mic or two.
