I even managed to recreate Kevin's T2 slide into the Mulsanne corner. Also, it's impossible to match the onboard with every angle as the camera FOV in-game (onboards cannot be edited in LMU) differs from the one used IRL.

It's very clear that LMU has not taken into account a lot of the noises that the real car has. There's a lot to improve. I think the sound is very important for creating an immersive experience in the sim.

This is an old video, from an older patch. In this patch, replays didn't showcase the electric motor sounds. Please check my new comparison video, where they are more clearly showcased: kzbin.info/www/bejne/pYaupaCKitOWjpI While I agree, the sounds could use some improvements, mainly making the electric motor louder, the core is three, it's only missing finite details.

Also proves yapp reduce your detials to much due to osccilations. Man i want my wheel to feel something a bit on the straights and bounce when cornering just like the resl deal. These cars are also pulling over 15nm even with power steering. Pretty clear to see tbh.

Well most people have very weak wheels such as Logitechs and Thrustmasters. Most that do have stronger wheels turn the FFB way down cause they're weak or something.

While I do have a DD, and I can definitely run with a lot more strength, LMU isn't forgiving when it comes to lock ups, and the wheel will become unbearable if I have to double or triple stint tyres. I do this for long-term comfort, but in retrospect, I should have turned it up just for this video.

Oh alright so that was becausw of your ffb settings? I thought it was just the game. Nvm then. Yeah I aabt it to react like real cars or close to it. People always tell me oh they don't vibrate they don't bounce they don't oscillate. I'm like what? Real cars are intense when racing. And when racing cars like this it's very intense. So I was just trying to say something towards people that trt saying cars don't act like that when clearly they do. the issue is with people and even drivers is you have so much noise and other things going on its harder to notice the sense of feel purely. So you almost drowned out other sensations. But tbh I'm not even looking for the most realistic I want the most feeling I can get. Even if it introduces osccilations. I hate a dead feeling wheel. Just preference b @NusPojava

This is with only 40-50% strength and added 30% smoothness from the game. Trust me, it can be set VERY HARD, even harder than real life if you desire. Try LMU, it's still in early access, it's rather cheap, you won't regret it.

Look at the counter steering he did at entrance of turn 2 (Ralentisseur Dunlop), I bet you can't reproduce in the current tire model, one week ago it was possible. You'll have to brake later.

I can, it's simply slower. Look at my entry to the Mulsanne corner.

Good video. Will they add other cars like lambo, alpine, this year?
@NusPojava3 ай бұрын
Yes, the 2024 content will arrive in late summer, or early autumn.

way faster in the straight line in game. Probably different setup.
@NusPojava3 ай бұрын
This is with the default setup. After having a conversation with a developer, they also see the same issue. The cars need to have a lot more drag after 250 kph, which should be fixed during the year.
