In PC2 you can make your own "speed affect" for chase camera, simply just adjusting the settings, for camera movement, screen shake etc, all is there, and it looks much better when adjusted.

I have tried all the possible settings for the Chase camera but nothing seems to works at least for me for the other cameras everything's is fine and the adjustability is actually really good just the chasing camera is s***

@@ViniV82 While the game isn't really designed to use the chase cam, if you have a keyboard connected (and use the Camera Edit Mode: Ctrl-K ) you can pull the camera back and up and that makes a huge difference, you can also get some amazing views in the rear passenger cam like this too.

@@ViniV82 They will take more into consideration the previous project they had. It was called GTR2, a game that was released successfully, but with PC2 there will be a lot like a new driving system. All on the UE5 engine

@Paplock never heard of these game but I really hope they stick with the way how project cars 2 was and not like project cars 3 was and I really hope that the GTR2 it's not like a set of course a competition where we have only GT cars I really hope they stick again like with the project cars too that we have GT cars LMP cars road cars supercars and hypercars and everything in between

Ive been playing pc1 on my ps4 recently, that game from 2014 itself still remains amongst the greatest driving sims imo (i find it better than gtsport, assetto corsa etc)

Depends how you're used to drive so if you drove first PC1 and felt good then going to AC might seem worse, for me it's the opposite i like a bit more AC but mostly cus of insane mod support the driving is a relative thing for me

PC2 was almost a masterpiece for it's time, and it still holds up great, unfortunately servers are dead.

Yes indeed it was amazing for the time and it still keeps up it's way way sharper and way clearer image dashboard on the car then Forza Motorsport for the motorsport in this regard it's a blurry mess you cannot see everything far in the distance you don't see anything in the dashboard it's all blurry with everything maxed out and 4K but yeah it really keeps up with the with a new gen game and I am really surprised the downfall for project cars actually was project cars 3 because if project cars 3 would be an increase in gameplay and graphics from project cars 2 then project cars 3 today it would be a really really good game that could hold with the latest gen game released

This is really good simulation racing game with good wheater effect and danamic time colapse ,for me this is example like Gt7 and Forza should look. Btw i really enjoy PC 2 game 😊

I've played both, so I can say Forza looks better (and much better at night). However, PC2 physics are superior, and the same goes for engine sounds. I'd even dare say that the first person camera is better too. The new Forza feels soulless, so I believe that if they made a PC4 with better graphics and more content, it'd crush Forza and probably GT too.

Yes I agree That's what I am being saying all alone The graphics in Forza are not the best or amazing but the lighting it's really good and it really represents what lighting is in modern gaming so that's why it looks way much better at night but as far as physics of course PC2 is better because it was supposed to be a SIM game where Forza is more a mix between SIM and arcade game so the physics are not going to be as good as PC2 and in fact that what I was hoping for PC3 to be but it turned out to be a disaster so I don't know they are going to make a PC4 but if they do I really hope they follow the roots of PC2 and obviously with modern graphics is going to be really amazing

I really wish Forza would fix their tone mapping so shadows weren't completely pitch black. I briefly tried Project Cars 2 in vr and the night in that actually looked really good and not completely pitch black.

I have tried it with a G29 and couldn't find a setup to be able to drive it, have tried many configurations found online nothing worked, cars too slide and uncontrollable specially in rain even with assists on, so had to sell the steering wheel 😢😢😢

@@ViniV82 thats because you were using the wrong tyres probably... or too much throttle... or you braking too late and throtling too soon ... or shifting gears during a corner ... there is many variables tho =p

@@MsTatakai yes of corse but i could drive fine on Asseto Corsa though and other games only this one was the problem even with very light controls nothing happens i can drive better with a keyboard then with the steering wheel,, also same thing with 4wd cars like the GTR completly uncontrollable even with easy inputs in dry but worst on rain of corse with the proper tires 🤷🤷🤷🤷

Yes me too have finished the game story mode with a keyboard and i enjoyed every second of it, i just wanted to feel the game a bit more with a steering wheel but unfortunately couldn't get it to work maybe it was the G29 that was not suitable for this game but i tried all i could find and couldn't figure it out 😞

The sensation of speed is due to the fov, notice that Forza has a larger fov. You can increase fov in Project Cars 2 settings

Have already tried everything i have also tried the dynamic field of view that changes with speed but still the third person view on PC2 gives me no feeling of speed i have no idea how fast i am going, on the other hand the inside camera or helmet camera is way better then FM

Project cars 2 on console and direct drive wheel setting correctly, give me the best sensation of racing motorsport and speed. In many case is superior also Assetto corsa.... Absolute masterpiece. ❤

I'm on PS5, so no Forza. Still love PC2 which is PS4 version on PS5. Graphics are not as great as GT7, but it feels more like I'm in control/or not in control of the car when a get it right/wrong. Also, force feedback is sooo much better. Find myself playing ACC and PC2 the most with a bi of GT7 on the side.

Yes i really hoped for FM to be at least as ggod as GT7 but unfortunately it turned out worse then all games except graphics cus they are not perfect but at least latest Gen which is something we don't really need in a racing game, so disappointed 😔😔😞 that i bought the premium version.

@@ViniV82 I got GT7 with PS4/PS5 versions as a present. One of those people touch to buy presents for so this was a good option and something I'd have bought at some point. Was still enjoying ACC and GT Sport on PS4 so wasn't in a major rush to move to GT7. GT7 on base PS4 still looks amazing.

Forza Motorsport doesn't know what it wants to be. you can't play it as an arcade racer because everything is built to look like a professional sim racer. but once you put time into it you realise most of that "sim racing" stuff is either broken or just tedious and not really challenging. I feel like Slightly Mad found the sweet spot between Grid Motorsport and Forza Motorsport

It's difficult to say there are seven years of difference. Project cars 2 has a very nice car's game. Not a pure simulator but a really good sim-race.

PC2 has a higher framerate. At times FM suffers quite badly on Series X.

It also suffers on PC especially if you unable RTX and global illuminations but there is a way around at least on PC because you can lower the settings I can't imagine of course on Xbox

For me PC2 is more Sim and Forza is more like a SIM/Cad for driving physics, so it means it's going to be more difficult to drive in project cars too if you're not a SIM driver and it's going to be easier on Forza Motorsport in this case it depends what type of driving physics you like as far as GD7 unfortunately I cannot do the comparison because I have never paid a GT cuz I have never owned a PlayStation and I still don't own one so I don't know what to say but from what I can see online GT7 it's more like Forza Motorsport than project cars 2

Both immediately look like a game, not reality. PC2 is 7 years old. PC3 was no better graphically and FM is slightly different to FM7 but certainly not better, for some a downgrade

When i do comparison videos i always use all max settings that every game offers, only in cases when I don't use max settings i show or write down what settings are used, otherwise everything is at max settings of the game

I wouldn't go as far to say trash for Forza Motorsport but you can definitely see a very bad implementation for the trees just look at the trees on the left at the start of the long straight in Forza they are just a green blob basically a mess where in project cars 2 they are basically trees but the points where Forza shines are definitely reflections and global illuminations well technically it should be better there because it uses the latest technology but yeah we cannot say trash anyway

@@ViniV82 but it's still trash no realistic physic no deep details in 3D models trash quality of interior no quality in mirror or driver clothing, no true and realistic tyre model no oil temp no brack temp no realistic fuel consumption no realistic tyre wear, driver had turn like trash no full 900 or higher turn, no auto adjust steering rotation for different cars, FFB is also trash and when you wana talk about graphic technology think PC2 is DX11 but still without any RT or DLSS reflection in PC2 is perfect, all season in PC2, auto adjust time and weather with real time and weather realistic rain on the road, OMG bro FORZA MOTORSPORT vs PC2 is just trash even vs assetto corsa is trash but FORZA HORIZON because we accept its a arcade game it's just master piece

@proudeagle2554 for me Forza it has never been a full simulation game it has been more a Sim-cade game, so on that regard I wasn't expecting anything but as far as drivability of the game I kind of like the game but yeah if you compare it in the same world like project cars 2 or a set of Corsa are which I consider to be full simulation game well at least a set of course a project cars it's still a little bit a SIM card but more towards SIM then arcade compared to those yeah there is no comparison and no other thing to expect out of Forza regarding to SIM racing so for me it's more arcade than SIM as far as graphics goes of course it has its flaws there is no doubt about that because you need the ladies and the greatest hardware to run it with everything maxed out to see its full potential but it has the latest technology nonetheless so it depends what you like if you like the cleanliness and the raw stuff of graphics at least what DX11 is capable then yes a set of Corsa and project cars 2 do an amazing job they are the pinnacle of DirectX 11 but directX 12 it's at the beginning of itself so we can consider Forza to be the start of dear DX12 so it will take a long time before DX12 looks amazing and the hardware that is around are going to be capable of running the full potential of DX12 so being at the beginning of this technology definitely has not some flaws but many flaws nonetheless it looks way better in some regards textures for example are very very good global illumination it's the best that we have today reflections of course are real reflections and not fake reflections like we have with DX11 so it depends what you look on the game so again I wouldn't go to say trash because if you expect it as a sim game then yes we can call it to be almost trash but if you look at f as an arcade game with the good graphics not amazing then yes I might say that I am enjoying the game not as much as I would have hoped I regret getting the premium version I would get the standard version of the game but hopefully at least with a premium version and as we know the Forza is going to stay on the market for a while let's hope that it would get a little bit better with time
