I know I'm late but there's a bit more to it than that. When Mirio phases into an object and becomes tangible again, since the mass of his body and the mass of the object can't occupy the same space at the same time, he's ejected from the object at high speeds. He's not just punching them from different angles, he's effectively sling-shotting himself at them at super speed!

@@hideo7366 I know I am late but you also forget, while doing this he's guessing/predicting movements and holding his breath, because while he's non-tangable, he can't see or breath. So the man has to have SERIOUS Diver's lungs to exert himself like fighting for long periods of time while intermittendly holding his breath. As a fun experiment, set a 3 minute allarm, then set an beep every 30 seconds that lasts even 5 seconds. ten if you want a real challange. For the three minutes, bounce on your tows and shadow box, and during the 5 second intervels hold your breath and shut your eyes. Garrentee you either lose your balance or feint from lack of air.

@@heisenberg6830 midoriya ran into a hostage situation with no guarantee anyone would be able to stop the villain, he was being stupid. Even if Mirio tried to run he wouldn't get away so he stood his ground, and far better than deku ever could without his quirk.

Put quirkless deku in lemollions place when he trained and he'd know how to fight quirkless as well. Plus its not like mirio has some enhancing type quirk so thats all regular un boosted muscle

@@kindridskylar7786 Midoriya didn't bother to train even when others belittle him for having such an impossible dream, he only trained after the No.1 Hero promised him to give him his quirk. Meanwhile according to Gran Torino, All Might alrd has a strong body before gaining OFA despite it belongs to someone who is unable to master it (Nana) should tell you that All Might trained way before knowing what OFA and even if he did knew about OFA he only knew its strength when it was on a possession of a lesser known hero. Mirio here despite Quirkless proved he is still a hero which All Might and Midoriya confirmed they can't become one w/o a Quirk.

Togato is by far my favorite character in Boku No Hero. In my opinion he definitely is the type of character that definitely deserves his own anime. He’s too cool, strong, funny, charismatic, caring, and strong willed of a character. And in Hero with all the different types of creatures and characters to me he still stands by his look alone.

It's crazy how this fight went on for over 15mins ( and even longer in the Manga) and our Boy soloed the Villain of the Week like it was a it was a walk in the park. And if he still had his powers He could of ended the fight in 20secs.

@@Wasnt-1 yes, Eraser head already told the viewers that Mirio would be able to compete for the #1 spot. EVEN among the PROS. Mirio showed how insane he is in this fight. being able to defend a hostage while fighting off a group with 1 of them having a insanely powerful quirk. And one that knows how to use it. I'd say He'd be on endeavor's level. Mirio just doesnt have that destructive power endeavor posses. he's better then hawks.

Ya’know, I’ve seen a lot of people point out OPM’s Mumen Rider as the pinnacle of determination due to his willingness to stand up against evil despite being a normal dude. I personally believe Mirio stands equal to him in that regard, if not slightly higher; I can’t imagine how it’d feel to _lose_ that power and keep on fighting regardless, despite the overwhelming odds of defeat. Being rendered a normal person when you were once an incredibly powerful one, your abilities you’d tirelessly trained stripped away permanently(or at least what he thought was permanently) rendering nearly all the hard work you put in moot, only to say “none of it was a waste!” And keep on fighting anyways is fucking crazy determination.

On retrospective I kinda wish he didn't get his Quirk back even though it was always fairly obvious he would. He was basically already a superhuman in terms of strength, speed, reflexes, fighting abilities and battle IQ. And beyond that he also had all the other qualities of good hero: courage, willpower, social skills, cheery attitude, humor, altruism etc. Even without Quirk he could have still beaten plenty of villains, especially if you add equipment to the mix and even if he wasn't top hero material he could have still been excellent sidekick. He could have become what Deku said he wanted to become before meeting All Might, a representation of what it looked like if he actually took the time to strengthen his body, hone his martial arts and learn how to deal with other people. Deku became what he was supposed to be and in return he became what Deku was supposed to be. That would have made their dynamic even more interesting.

If my memory serves, the 4th User of One for All was the only user who was not killed in a confrontation with All for One and died due to his health deteriorating as a side effect of One for All. Since then there were four more Wielders of One for All who strengthened One for All, the most notable increase in its power credited to All Might since we never really saw any of the other Wielders using it as All Might did, kinda suggesting that All Might made the quirk what it is now. If One for All has gotten that much stronger since the 4th User, anyone inheriting the power after All Might who already possesses a quirk might die in their 20s for all we know. Hell, Mirio's body might have started deteriorating instantly after receiving the quirk. There is no way to know...
