Tried this cake yesterday. I must say it’s one of the most delicious almond cake I’ve ever tried. Soft lemon taste inside and crunchy almonds outside are the best combination. Thanks a lot for this amazing recipe!

I must say best cake recipe ever. I have tried and it turned out really good. The only change I made was using regular yogurt instead of sour cream because I ran out of sour cream and still it was amazing. My husband almost ate half of the cake.....lol

I've tried 3 of your recipes (lemon cake, mini cheesecake and this!) over the past 1 week and they all turned out really well! Don't really have a sweet tooth so I reduced the sugar by about 1/3 and it tastes really good too! Made this earlier on in the afternoon and it was moist and delicious! Subbed the sour cream with greek yogurt and and also lessened the amount of sugar and it turned out perfect

Made this and it was very much loved by everyone young and old. Quick question if I don't have sour cream can I exchange it for creme fraiche or just plain yogurt?

That’s great! Yes you can but use greek yogurt instead though. Hope it helps.

this cake is super delicious i just made it now, at first i was hesitant with the batter i have it didnt have the texture same as yours in the video so i thought it wont get cook but i give a try coz i believe your recipe and the measurement wow this cake makes my day it turns really good i am so happy with the cake i make, its perfect measurement that cant get wrong, i follow the grams measurement by the way, and i dont have almond flour so i grind the almonds i have in food processor and i reduced the amount of sugar i feel its too much but still its delicious not a problem at all. now i have a reason to subscribe your channel you are really good baker el mundo i will try your other cake recipe and let you know how it goes.
