🍰 Ingredients:
Butter 130g (½ cup, 1 tablespoon)
Sugar 130g (½ cup, 2 ½ tablespoons)
3 Eggs
Zest of Lemon 1 tablespoon
Plain flour 165g (1 cup, 2 tablespoons)
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Ground Almond / Almond flour 35g (5 tablespoons)
Almond essence ½ teaspoon (optional)
I use a 240ml sized cup
Baking pan 21x11x6 cm
Bake in a preheated Oven at 170c (338f) for 40 - 45 minutes

What the reason you add eggs one at a time ?

To mix them easily and properly into the batter. You could whisk them separately and add in too.
