I have a question. Different types of mold can effect to cake surface or not? I notices the surface of cake that use teflon mold, iron mold, aluminium mold look really different.
Hi, i tried this but it came out dense, am i doing something wrong? I’m confused about the butter, which required to be as hot as possible, so i melt it in microwave, is that why?
