debunking just some things that stood out to me: • the theory that two trucks was inspired from a car crash is actually not true, the idea came from nowhere • the guy in i earn my life actually doesn't off himself, it's just (directly or indirectly, not entirely sure which) implied that he considers it • the thing he falls in love with in amnesia was her name isn't actually his amnesia but the doctor treating him • idk if you talked about goosebumps but that was also added to nature tapes with the 2019 re-release under needlejuice records • this one isn't a debunk but the needlejuice records remasters are top-tier imo, it takes his old stuff and really makes them sound like they could be on the radio • he released 2 singles last year called one weird tip and funkytown, these songs date back to 2017 as unreleased tracks but they're official now • he's working on a new album and on one of his last streams he states that many of the songs are "pretty much done" great video btw

Every time I remember Neil Cicierega is real, I get scared. I discovered Lemon Demon a little while ago and I'm completely obsessed with it. I can't stop listening to these songs, so far my favorite album is View-Monster. All the songs are incredible and I'm amazed every time I listen to one of his songs. they are so unique. I chose to try to sell a Lemon Demon album because I was obsessed with Flash animations at the time, and Ultimate Showdown was the most viral. I highly disagree with your interpretation of a lot, if not most, songs. I suppose that is the beauty of art. But one that stood out to me most is "The Machine". It is far from my favourite musically, but lyrically it is my favourite Lemon Demon song. A lot of people have their own very varying interpretations of the song. I believe the machine could represent art and it's destruction an unfortunate tendency of people to destroy that what they don't understand even if it's harmless and beautiful. What we do know is that the song idea came to Neil from the quote "What does it do?" "It doesn’t do anything. That’s the beauty of it.” that is reportedly a case of the Mandela Effect, where no one knows where it originally came from. Neil says he most likely first heard it on the Something Awful forum and made it into a song. That is to say: I don't think that song is about nothing. At least a lot of people found a lot of meanings in it.
