What a marvellous recipe - I've made several olive oil and blood orange cakes, some with polenta, others with ground almonds. I'm going to give this a try as I love sage - although I may substitute in some thickened kefir (with some whey strained off), only because my fridge is overun with the stuff it at the moment - I hope it will work.
