[Lemon Pound Cake] Without Hand Mixer

How to make lemon pound cake
Container 18 x 6.5 x 6 cm.
[Ingredients Quantity ]
1&1/2 lemon
125 g cake flour
2.5 g baking powder
80 g butter
egg 3
80g sugar
15 g honey
100 g powder sugar
[Cooking ]
1 Finely chop butter,
2 Warm in microwave for 10~20 seconds to soften,
3 Put into a bowl and mix.
4 Add the sugar and mix.
5 Add the honey and mix.
6 Beat the whole eggs in a pan of simmering water and warm to human skin.
7 Pour the egg juice into the kneaded butter in two parts and mix together.
8 If the egg juice and butter separate, stir in the hot water.
9 Sift the baking powder & flour and add to the dough seeds.
10 Grate the zest from one lemon and add to the dough,
11 Pour in 60 cc lemon juice and stir to combine.
12 Cut a cookie sheet to fit the container,
13 Pour in the dough and aerate by dropping the container a couple of times.
14 Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 20 minutes,
15 Once removed, insert a knife in the centre,
16 Return to the oven and bake for 40 minutes.
17 Cut the raised head off the baked pound cake and place the bottom on top.
18 Mix the powdered sugar with 30 cc lemon juice, adjusting the consistency,
19 Pour over the pound cake and decorate with chopped pistachios at the end.

湯煎しながら卵を溶くやり方初めて知りました。焼く時に途中で切り込みを入れるのも初めて。切り込みのところがとても綺麗なアクセントになっていて　そのままでも素敵です。今日は雨なので午後はケーキを焼いてみようと思います。ありがとうございました。
