Cooking method:
Saute garlic and onion then place lamb, lemon juice and sugar then cook for 2 minutes. Then add on lamb stock and bring to the boil.
Then lower heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until meat is tender.
Stir in 1tbs oil lemon juice, chilli and coriander leaves, salt and pepper.
Ladle soup into bowl garnish with reserve chillies and serve with white rice.
Ingredients:
Lamb 250g
Garlic 3 cloves
Red onion 1 PC
Lamb stock 1.5 ltr
Lemon 1/2 thinly sliced
Lemon juice 3 Tbsp
Green chilli 2 PCs
Soy sauce 1 Tbsp
Sunflower Oil 2 Tbsp
Chopped coriander 1Tbsp
Salt and black pepper
