The baby is growing beautifully; and she resembles Papa very much. Best wishes to your little family.

Thata good news. Please treat her like family. Thats how l came to where lm now. I was so lucky that l worked for familes who treated me like family. I worked for 3 families and l never felt like an out side. I worked for a Ghanian family who used to buy me groceries since l was from a different country. They all believed in me were happy when l decided to go to school. I graduated as a Rsgisterd Nurse. Its sad how some people treat their nannies. I was lucky l remember crying in the first day that l was in the nursing program. It worked out well with my schedule because l used to start working at 1pm. I lived with them. They were so involved with their kids. They never bothered me before my work time. So l used to go to school in the morning and come back home by 1 then start my work. I used to do my clinicals on weekends and online classes. My advice treat her like family. She is going to love your adorable baby. Also give her time off . In my case l never worked on weekends. When l m off they never called me l will be in my room if l don't go anywhere and no one bothered me. They gave me a car and they put gas when lm out.and about on weekends l will fill the tank too. I'm so happy for you and for sure.everything is going back to normal since you are going to have a third helping hand.

Please inform the person that cameras are throughout your house--even if they are not--to prevent any horror stories. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Good luck!!!!
@mariedames32403 жыл бұрын
Marie Taylor: I just post the same thing about a camera before I read your post and I just discovered this channel. There's a lot of mentally sick people out there they will smile in your face while they mistreat your innocent baby I for one would prefer to take my baby to a daycare because there's a lot of eyes around.
@adelaosterloh683 жыл бұрын
That is strange why should they inform anyone that they have cameras throughout their house. They are the only ones in their house. If there are other people in their home they will inform them if they want to . If not it is their choice. Because they have to know if they had made the right choice they they are genuine person for the job and also taking care of their child the way they should. So don’t ask they to let the person know about the cameras further if the person have been on their channel they would have already know this. So they must know and take care of our little pumpkin very well.

I am glad things are working out for the family. Tha baby is very beautiful. She does look like both of you if you look closely. Olivia has mama and Papa's beautiful eyes and her Papa's nose. Children go through so many changes as they get older you will see. Papa loves her hair, like his but texture can change as she grows and defy gravity and be as beautiful as her African mother's hair.

My niece is taking a year off work when her baby is born in October. The baby can go to a creche at a year old. I suppose she is lucky to get the year off from her career. Her husband works odd hours so he will not be a great help. Alex is a great Dad. Your baby is gorgeous and I hope your "Au Pair" will be reliable. Best of Luck.

@@dianamainana4910 It would not be encouraged in Ireland. Apparently a young baby is best with Mum. But some Mum's have to get back to work. So maybe the father minds the baby or a Grandmother or a child minder. Grandmother's are often still working themselves. Creches/Nurseries only take a baby from a year old.

@@maryrosed8475 oooh really.. so how long is paid maternity leave? Here in Switzerland it’s 14 weeks paid maternity and after that u can send the child to day care or have a daymom or family.. or a family member if u have.. but u know the life in Europe everyone is busy with their life so at the end you won’t have much choice. You don't need help. Your husband works at home, while will you keep another woman with him. You need to sacrifice this discomfort just to save your marriage. Some women are terrible. No man is an angel and you know men have stronger emotions. Save urself of future regrets. Thks. I live in the US and my hubby and I take turns. Because I work at night, we both decided no help just to save our marriage.

Please install Secret Cameras all over your home in every room and outside your baby is worth the investment. And never hire a young attractive woman your husband doesn't need that temptation. And do a international background check the worst kind of person you can hired is someone who does not have a work permit. And make a contract letting her out of the contract very easily if need. And remember be very nice and positive to your nanny because if you're mean-spirited sometimes they take it out on your child. And most importantly she was hired to care for your child not to clean your house and cook. And there should be a contract of agreement with hours and days off and Treat your Nanny the way you want to be treated.
