The way i stay consistent is ive noticed the days i dont feel like working out are the days i workout the hardest. He Lena ! My year started off a little rough even though i turned 25 the same week as new years ! I still remained positive and had an amazing solo birthday ! Lately I’ve been struggling with my mental , trying to figure myself out since moving to New York 6 months ago , feeling lonely but not alone ! I am struggling to leave old habits in the past because I’m not happy with my job , y living situation took an unexpected turn the same week as new years and now I am in between figuring out where to live & my career & a new job that makes me happy & putting myself out here in New York for my career in film, acting , start maybe YouTubing / TikTok to grow my audience and make new friends …. It’s really hard right now & today showed me how sad & unhappy I am and how am just not myself anymore or how unhealthy I am which isn’t like me . LITERALLY so easy and might have learned this from another youtuber but she measures out 28 grams in a measuring cup on a scale.
