As a gaming laptop user, I suggest you do not use your laptop in bed due to the fact that in intakes not only will be blocked but will also clog up over time. They are very delicate machines, do not use them in dusty environments (aka your bed). Use it strictly on a desk and raise it by a bit if you can by using a laptop stand or a kickstand you can attach to the back of it (i use a Baseus laptop kickstand, they are great)

Don't place ur laptop in the bed like this, it could overheat blocking the ventilation, atleast put a book underneath it, the SSD could overheat and it'll cause it to crash, requiring a fix atleast use a table.
