I adopted my bun because she was a Californian. The rescue was packed with Californians and New Zealands since they have red eyes that people don't like. She was an FFA meat rabbit and was at the rescue for around 2 years because she was so shy. I've had her about 6 months and I'm on the pre-vet route in college. She's registered as an emotional support rabbit and I absolutely adore her. She's still not completely sure about me and she may never be but it's so rewarding watching her come out of her shell. I'd like to think that even if she doesn't totally trust me yet, she loves not being in a little cage anymore and explodes in zoomies every night. She'll run around my room after I go to sleep and usually she ends up on my bed, often times standing on my face. I make fun of her because it's like she doesn't even realize how she ended up there, she looks as shocked as I do!

My bunny was a rescue from a hoarding situation. There were 30 bunnies. Six months later my bunny Cocoa Puff was the only bunny left😢 the suspect it was because he was a white Californian and HUGE. He is the best. He always flops and is sooo lovable. Very social we just got him a parter LuLu. I love them both to pieces. Never based a bunny off of his/her breed. Luv ur vids!

I had a miniature lionhead's white-out final the prettiest bunny in the world unfortunately he passed a year ago I still miss him he was an amazing little guy. QUESTION! I realllly want to get another bunny, issues im facing: 1. I already have a dwarf bunny (super friendly, loves our cats and dogs (YES! he plays with them all the time lol) 2. He isn't fixed....he's now 3 1/2. due to some complications of getting him fixed (breeders i rescued him from lied about his health conditions) 3. He is a free roaming bunny in my room, so its HIS territory 4. Im conflicted....i always felt bad I just had one, and he didnt have a friend, but he is the happiest bunny, always playing and binkying around every single day, especially when I take him on walks. What should I do??

I think this is just one of those situations where your bunny would be better of by itself. Also, there is no way you can disinfect and remove the Netherland Dwarfs scent from the entire room. Not to mention your bun isn’t neutered yet and can’t be until it’s five months old.

I have a funny story! I have 2 bunnies and we take the smaller boy outside sometimes with supervision, I looked away for one second and he jumped into our pond and started swimming! When I took him out I was scared because we know how bad it is for bunnies to be in water but he didn't want to come out! We wrapped him in towels and kept him with us and then driven dryed off but it was really scary!

Aww this is so adorable! Melted a bit extra when Lennon showed up, haha. I agree on that all bunnies deserve a loving home. Video suggestion: Would be great with a video about various breeds and why we shouldn't support the breeding of them. I'm currently going through a less fun time with my little bunny. He's a lionheaded minilop and has problems with his ears, which is something very common for lop bunnies. It's very sad to know that my baby, and many other loppies go through this due to human greed (Apparently they breed them this way simply because it looks cute). Suffering isn't cute! We'll have to keep cleaning his ears with a solution to prevent him from getting worse again. Hey Lorelei, thank you for defining to me how lockdown is; you are completely right! There is way too much time for self reflection and I don't know if that's good or bad either. We have so much time to think about who we are/what we want/are we doing the best we can do/is this what I wanted at this age...😲 The only things keeping me sane, and the only things I am 100% sure about, are my buns 😍 Love them and love your channel.
