Nosher Powell had 53 Professional Boxing matches and Alan Crossley was once Britain's Strongest Man, both of these men have talked about how much of a force Lenny was out the ring.

What people need too look at is mclean was a heavyweight and shaw was a middleweight, how many full on head shots did it take to put shaw down, if someone can hit their weight that should take one. To be honest even the opposite way round should only take one, imagin nigel Benn for example catching any top heavyweight with one clean shot.

💯 right I still think that fight was a get up sorry how I feel about the fight respect 💯🥊🥊

@bangbangrayhill2218 you are probably right pal, you where on the scene and if you are wrong that means mclean couldn't hit. Or both.

Excellent memory Ray. I like your honest appraisals of everyone, including yourself. Main thing is, you were bloody hard, but not a bully. Bullies have insecure character: im old op.

Do You Really reckon You Could of Decked Lennie ? That time he fought Roy Shaw... I reckon Lennie had the Rhythm on him. Smackin' him in the corner. I reckon that was real. I would Love Someone to Prove me Wrong. I reckon Roy was getting a pasting Ray. Just My thoughts on Punchups. Happy New Years to You and Yours. Roy was a hard Geezer Same With Lenny. Did You Ever Fight Roy ? Or Ever Fancy Fighting Someone Like REoy or Lennie ? You Never got to do it did ya ?Maybe You Did. ? I still need to buy Your book BTW Dude.

Fighting in the ring is totally different from fighting in the street. Lennie was a very tough man. I’ve seen him first hand and he was a very good fighter Fearless I think my money would have been on Lennie. I’ve Not seen you fight so I can’t really say for sure. Have you got any videos of you fighting we can see 👌👌👌 cheers Ray.

Good morning Ray i would had liked to have seen you fight Lenny but if yiur a threat then promoters avoid you, your both big men so would had been good, did you ever train or spar with Bill the Bomb??i knew someone who boxed him and said he had dangerous powerful hands but wasted himself due to crime, great podcast Ray🥊🥊

Lenny Maclean was a bully as said by his own 1st cousin Frank Warren. All these "fighting" men offer nothing to society, fighting in pub carparks or in non-licensed boxing shows are rubbish people, uneducated and ignorant of society, they'll be forgotten quick in society.
