Me and my friend were introduced and had drinks with him one night in a west london pub. About 25 years ago . He was very tanned, very gentlemanly with a lot of presence. It was he that told me Reggie Kray was gay "but loved the company of women". A very strange night with Joey reading us his book of poetry while his minder and driver hung about.

In my opinion the 60's were a fantastic time.When I look back what other decade could boast such people like The Beatles,Stones,Kinks, and Krays,Richardsons,Joey Pyle.Then we had the scandals of politicians and Christine Keeler and the Great Rain Robbery.That all happened in a few years that were as exciting as anything.They are still making films and writing books about these people.Everything today is so boring in comparison.Thet were larger than life and although some were obviously criminals,they did keep us entertained.
@russcooke56718 ай бұрын
Plus the f1 was more exciting then. All the Motown music the cars. Ie Astons. E types. Lotus cortina’s. House prices every one could afford to buy one. Postman milkmen anyone that had a job could afford one. No grooming gangs destroying the lives of thousands of white children So yea they were great times. Sadly them days are over thanks to the FITHY TRAITORS IN GOVERNMENT.
