Actually the side which does not work is not charging. Just clean the metal connectors of both, in ear bud and in case, with any sharp thing like needle or pointed object to remove carbon and rust, it immediately will start charging.

I am a new user and tried resetting it at least 5 times and still have one earbud working. I then tried this video way, but still not working. Then I put both back into the case, and after 30 minutes, they both worked! Thank you! I think the charging is unbalanced for both earbuds.

Take them out the box and tap on both of the outside tops 6 times then put them back in the box and they will be synced together when you take them back out. Hope this helps. Ash from Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Lp5 working but check both are close ,colour blue and white same...then click both 6 times and put them back box wait for 7sec then use it work but u have to pair and enjoy thanks.

Mine don’t work at all anymore, none of them after a month from buying. The phone (IPhone) discovers them, Bluetooth is on, all appears to be okay and then I get the message: “Pairing unsuccessful. Make sure Lenovo LP40 is turned on, in range and is ready to pair”. How do I fix this ? It worked just fine till today.
