I haven't used the tool yet as the video states clearly that everything will be wiped. It totally glossed over what to do to back everything up before using the tool! I am in the process of trying to get a replacement battery from another supplier but have been waiting several weeks. A bit difficult to back anything up when I can't get my phone to turn on properly!

Hello Moto I understand you're going through updates. However why isn't there an Android update Moto e5 Plus? An option to uninstall bloat ware. Sad how e5 Plus has greatest battery🔋 life. Little to no support. Especially since bloat ware causes black screen display errors occasionally. Highly upset about that Moto.

Hi Moto G5 plus designers, I transfer my media to my micro SD card and it gets removed from my phone but not showing folders on sd but the data is there but not the media, I reformated it and still having same issue, I tried to flash drive and google won't let it, it say and goes threw all the tasks and when it restarts it's still the same phone and problem, Google has taken it over as it there phone, I have all the admin rights and permission as an admin but no control over Google taking and deleting my SD card data and media, how can I store all my media on my SD card and not on my phone with out being deleted by Google?

I seem very bad experience with motorola phones. I have got os problem 2 time in just 6 month. And not good care services, if is any where they charged very high to see the problem. Either phone is in warranty period. Service center not accepting they asked for charged and said motorola not giving us any payment.

I bought a Moto adge 50 pro phone and it worked for only a day and the next day it stopped working and I submitted it to the moto service centre on 20/08/24 and I have not found out anything till now it has been many days now and the Moto Muzaffarnagar Service centre people do not tell me anything, their way of talking is also very bad and your service is very slow it would have been better if I had not bought a moto phone nor did anyone talk to me properly nor are they telling me anything and I am telling you

My Motorola 5 Stylus 5G will not make calls or receive calls, comes up no Cellular service available. My wife's phone Moto G works from same locations. I have gone thru all the resets with a Motorola tech with no results. Was given a return mail label. Sent phone in and received it back with the same issue, will not make calls or receive calls. Poor software quality, it lags quite a lot, i have E32s, unable to see who is calling when the phone rings. Customer service center in Bangalore is just 2 on the south, if a person residing in north having issue in phone, then have to spend entire day to get it fixed at service center.. very poor service and poor phone , bycott moto phones.. i will not pick any more
