To exit FFBM mode on your tablet, I advise you to long-press its Power button until it turns off. After that, turn it back on after a minute to see if it will now boot properly.

Yes, this is the second security procedure from Android. After the reset choose "use google account instead" to activate the phone. If you don't know it, search for "forgot my google account". If you can't recover your google account or password, then the next option would be to search " Your phone's / tablet's model name + FRP unlock ". Hmmm without sounding rude. I wouldn't have asked the whole of the Internet if I hadn't tried it all. Yes, it's the correct account and yes I'm connected to the Internet. As I said, I have factory reset it fine. Then at the point where you need either the pass code or your email. It accepts them both and does the dual verification to my phone. Then I re enter the email and it says something went wrong.

You have a second option...If nothing helps and if you can't get into the recovery menu, maybe you will need to use Lenovo Rescue and Smart Assistant (RSA). Try to restore it with this software with a computer. Just download and connect your tablet and follow the instructions. Good luck.

Would love some help. My tablet got stolen and the thief’s put their google account on to the tablet. We have just got the tablet back, I had to reset it as they put a pin on. However I can’t get past the google sign in. Any way of getting through this?

You can contact the Authorities to contact the Thief and give you the data. Otherwise follow the video and after that you will need to reset the FRP.

To exit fastboot mode on your tablet, I advise you to long-press its Power button until it turns off. After that, turn it back on after a minute to see if it will now boot properly.
