If you're a trackpoint user, the most important question is about the lack of physical buttons. I presume the top of the trackpad still works like buttons right? So the critical question is are they a replacement for real buttons? If done well, a haptic feedback button might be fine, but that's what we need to know!

not a trackpoint user, so thanks for pointing that out. Just tried now, and yes it provides haptic feedback. Feels great too tbh. I'll make a youtube short on this, thanks.
