44:30 Hyper-threading in 12th gen is applicable on P cores only, which are 2 in i7 1265u, thus effectively making them 4. This, along with 8 E cores, makes logical processors 12.

That makes sense, thanks. I figured that was the way the P-series version of 12th gen was as well as I also did a video on the X1 Yoga Gen 7 with the i7-1260P, but yeah it was a bit confusing when I checked out the i7-1265U in the X1 Carbon.
