To remove trackball, pop out G and H key and unscrew two bolts. New keyboard can be order from AliExpress, be away that cheapest one are not waterproof and feel is not the best, but it very cheap though. You do not to remove all connectors, just those at bottom, so you are able to lift motherboard up.
