Thats good to hear. Lenoxx Sound is a cheap brand. At first they seemed to make good electronics but over the years they kinda went down hill with quality stuff. then ether they changed their brand, or a different brand took over which was Durabrand. Even stuff from that brand name sorta sucked lol

I've had this alarm clock since 1993. Its went to college with me and has lived in at least 4 different states. It just started doing the things your own did today. 3-30-2021

my dad bought this 15 years+ ago,we use this everyday and its still working perfectly. i think yours is good ,you can press "time" +"reverse" or"time"+"forward" at the same time,and then release them,try it.

How can i set an alarm?

Hold the alarm button and set with the minute and hour button. Then release the alarm button. I don't remember if this clock has a timeset/lock switch. If it does it needs to be on timeset to set the alarm.
