It’s not the same. Lenskart is chasing valuation growth, while Titan eye plus is building a solid brand and products. As a customer, I would prefer Lenkart for low price products, but prefer Titan eye plus for quality products

I use a Titan specs the after sales services is the best when compared to Lenskart.Lenskart mainly focouses on sales and not on customer satisfaction and also the quality of Titan product is very good compared to Lenskart

Lenskart lenses easily scratches within 3-4 months. Even after cleaning the lenses with their lens cleaning solution and their microfiber cloth. They are just a cheap option, easy to order, easy to return and replace.

This is my experience with lenskart, my sister bought fossils from lenskart after looking at product quality of other options. If you look for quality and suttle elegance I would go for titan eye care but if I want a funky one yes lenskart beats there. But still the fossils were not even to the quality of what titan. Still just for fossils as a brand more youthful than titan we took it.

Once i went to a Lenskart showroom, and i think the people who work their kind of judged me over my clothes and when i asked more questions they said something like - Humarey frames yaha nai bantey ____ ____ jagha se bantey hain, in a bit rude manner,, which as acustomer i did not liked,, the same day i walked out of their show room and went to a Titan showroom, and the level of customer service was really really good, and i bought a good pair of glasses as well, the way Titan people talk with their customer their service its all worth it,, am never buying from a Lenskart showroom ever

Really hate when a glasses that made at Rs 20-50 are sold at Rs3000-10000. There is no head & tail on pricing and it's a huge burden for everyone. Due to the massive margins available ... every chashmawaala also sells basic glasses at Rs1000. U can get a basic smartphone at Rs 5000 these days. Do people really feel a piece of plastic is equally or more valuable than a smartphone which has millions of chips & can do every possible thing u can imagine ?

If you go to store to lenskart 2 years ago . They used to sell 70% expensive lense and 30 % cheaper ones which are almost equivalent to next dore chashmawala . So these cheaper lenses are getting sold hugely . Its smart way to play with physiology of customer. Their most sales come from cheapest one lenses . We can do it same in your cloth store . Show it is brand only clother store but you sell affordable clothing brand option also . 20% people will come to buy big brands but most sales will come from cheaper brands . It satisifies customer that bought some quality product since they feel they bought it from premier store .😂 try this only any store .try to show off that you are strore of big brands only but when they come inside show them cheap options also 😂

Titan created Lenskart and redefined themselves as “the better brand”. The quality you get for the money you pay at Titan is far better than the option you don’t have at Lenskart despite the readiness to pay more for a superior quality. Lenskart has cool looking frames, but not the best lenses. Built quality is also poor and customisations are limited. I believe both cater to entirely different audience. IMO Lenskart is more of a volume play, a fast fashion eyewear solution and Titan is a professional brand. You can get the best lenses money can buy at Titan if you wish. The technology and people behind both are also different. You know, if you know.

This is MBA Knowledge, Optics is a science. Lenskart is more of MBA and marketing but very poor quality product. Titan Eye is very genuinely about science and offers very good quality lenses which Lenskart can never beat. Lenskart should rename itself as Framekart, their lenses are damn poor quality. You have glorified lenskart and their business model, but forgot that Spectacle lenses of good quality are expensive to make. Lenskart is Cheap quality stuff like the ones sold at fairs.

Lenskart is the worst eyewear brand in India period. Titan is by far the best in customer service and delivery as well as in after sales service. Lenskart is pretty annoying and tries to sell it to you. Their free eye checkup is only a sales pitch, their Vincent Chase brand is the worst of the lot with product quality so bad it keeps on breaking after 6 months. They are good at marketing and branding like naming products like hustlers and whistlers etc etc but in reality their product quality is very cheap and lacks durability.

Lenskart is scam, their lenses are of worst quality, you'll get better lens for the same cost from your local shop. There frames are good though. I bought pair of eye glasses for 5200 and I started seeing noticeable scratches on lenses within 2-3 months. I started using second eyglass within 4 months and by 8 months both of eyeglasses were useless coz of scratches. I generally buy from local shop and i pay ~1800 and those glasses lasts 8-10 months. I dont know about titan eye plus as never tried that.
