I’m definitely going to try this recipe. I haven’t had lentejas since I was a child at my grandmas house. Although we didn’t eat them charros style, I still enjoyed them. Great job Ms. Claudia ❤

Absolutely delicious. I went ahead and tried it today and everyone loved it. None of us have ever had lentils before and were wary of something new that is kind of a bad rap but this dish will definitely be made again. My brother and his family showed up unexpectedly and one of my nieces showed up as well and they all decided to stay to eat and loved it. We want to try it with some tamales or carne asada. I personally like it just with the corn tortillas. Thank you again for yet another delicious recipe. My next try is going to be your green chicken pozole. I cannot wait.

I make Lind that has pretty similar except I do not actually so pretty rich and pretty fatty or hotdogs, but I add kielbasa or mild Italian sausage and all the other ingredients that she included in her recipe comes out delicious

Yessss if I don’t have the hotdog Winnie’s that I use then I will definitely substitute for kielbasa and beef chorizo sausage is my all time favorite storebough chorizo 😊

I made a very similar lentil dish in the week and it was so delicious that I polished almost the whole pot... Honestly I have never farted so much in my life before. Dont have this dish if you work in an office... Great recipe though! I will try it with soup mix in stead though. 😀
