Lentil patties without frying. It's healthy and delicious recipe. This is a traditional Turkish food. You should eat this with lettuce like wrap.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of lentils
- 3/4 cup fine bulgur wheat
- One onion
- 3 cloves of garlic (I used garlic powder)
- A pinch of parsley
- 3 sprigs of spring onions
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- A teaspoon of tomato paste
- A teaspoon of chili paste
- Salt, pepper
- 1.5 cups of water for lentils (boil it)
- 3/4 cup hot water to soak the bulgur
