Yummy! I plan to make this very soon! I love making my own soups, and who doesn't love Turkish lentil soup...?? I have NEVER made it before as I just figured it would not taste as good as what I can get at the çorbaci or what any Turkish mom would make. I thought maybe there was some secret ingredient or some labor intensive thing that I wouldn't want to do, but it doesn't look like it according to your video! Yay! Mmm, I can't wait...!
