I'm having an issue after only using the Xiaomi Mi A3 for a day. The indicator LEd shows when connected to the charger and the screen vibrates when I attempt to unlock it but absolutely nothing shows on the screen. I've seen you fixed similar issues with other Androids by doing a factory reset but unfortunately, this doesn't work for me. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated

hold the volume and power to do a force restart. this should fix it, if not allow the battery to die and then charge and try again

So I just had this problem right now with my Samsung galaxy S7 showing black screen with blue notification light on the left side corner. In conclusion, it went away on its own don't ask me how because I didn't did anything not even try the holding any key. Storytime: I had not left the phone charging or anything. I fell asleep with my phone on the bed lol. So, I woke up about 30min ago and used an app and all of the sudden boom black screen with blue light on top (not flashing). Anyway, so I looked up this video and knew my battery was high so scrolled thru the comments and saw the 2week drain comment and spooked the heck outta me to be honest but well, was willing to wait. This phone had been opened before because of screen replacement and a few months ago I took it to the place to put some new glue on the edges (it's been since 2018 so it's understandable that the glue went bad) and the guy said my battery was doing alright and checked inside and all was good. So I knew already that. Also, my first instinct was to just press the home button (not long press) when that happened because I thought it was the app I was on that heated up the phone or that RAM got stuck (the app is similar to a video game). I tried plugging the phone to the charger but nothing happened. Phone wasn't heated up but I took the cover out. So I kept reading comments and all of the sudden I noticed the blue light turned off and the phone restarted itself. Thought it got stuck maybe on updating an app or something. Went rapidly to settings and took off the automatic app download just in case and saw also the the last system update was 2019 so thankfully that wasn't either. Now, I got no clue what just happened. If there's anyone reporting the same issue just like me please use this comment as a report button and let me know if I'm all alone or it this is an odd but true explanation to the issue presented. Btw this is a Samsung galaxy S7 no edge 32GB USA model number SM-G930F.

I accidentally dropped my S6 phone and I get Lil blue light, Black screen and sometimes my screen appears as if it opens but on the left side of the screen and at the bottom of the screen I see some blue or white lines, the screen was already a little cracked and now it doesn't light up, I tried your method but it doesn't work, can you help me?

yes it work for me for a sec just turn on until the phone come into stand by mode and the problem come again or persisting....what/who is the culprit? is it IC power? or eMMC? dunno

same man. then it turns out the problem is because of what the battery, power ic or emmc ic. I have tried flashing to the firmware after entering the settings before entering the first home screen and then turning off again and so on. is there any solution? please?

Hi wait until your battery is dead or drain your battery then charger your device and then use it

This is the second time my galaxys6 froze and had a pulsing blue light in upper left corner i let the battery drain until blue light went out then waited 5 min after that and plugged in charger red light came on after about 15 sec than continued 2 charge it pressed power button on side red light goes out then came back on then the blue light came back WTF!!!!!
