I did everything over and over freezer twice but honestly what worked for me ended up using my knee to do the massage thing and lightly hit it on front screen and then on back a lil harder that's the method I usued it helped only if I thought to do that two hrs sooner hope it helps someone else

1 think you need to know. First chek or charging cable, if it can charge othe device but can't charge yours then you might have a broken charging port on your phone. Try charging it on a wireless charger and see if its charging.

Note: if none of these methods are working for you, you may have a dead motherboard. You'd have to get a replacement phone.

i knew the hard reset and i tried it my phone still wouldn't turn on and i charged it for at least a half hour i tried everything and it still wouldn't turn back on so i decided to throw it in the freezer for 20 mins hoping the temperature change would tighten everything up inside the phone and I would be able to power it on and let me tell you it worked it turned on right away however it was stuck in a boot loop. thanks to your two final solutions it now works and stays powered on after a soft reset was done so i didn't need to clear the cache but it is great knowledge to know. thank you!

A bro u jus helped me fix my shit yo I'm soon geeked up you the real phone guru an I encourage anybody who read this if it does work the first time try again What I jus did to fix my phone jus now I put the charger in then I held power button an both up an down volume buttons at the same then some blue screen came up talking bout some os something it said if I did whatever the os was then it mite mess up the apps an the phone so I left it on that blue screen letting the phone charge for like a hour then I came bck to phon still on the blue screen then I hit the volume dwn button so the could reset Then the phone went into recovery mode then I jus did what bro said to do at the end of this video then it worked now my phone turned on is now finally charging I truly hope this help someone that was as frustrated as me cause now I am super happy

My Galaxy J3 did something like this. I ended up while trying to boot it up I smacked the back of my phone on the palm of my hand. A screen saying something about encryption could not be verified came up which had a RESET BUTTON on the bottom. Tapped that and it did the factory reset. The phone now boots normally. Third method has holding volume UP and power, because that is to put phone into download (update from computer) mode. Different from soft reset. Once in download mode you enter android recovery, and do the wipe cache partition. - So volume UP and power - hold. Then follow his instructions from there! Hope this helps!
