Fascinating to listen to Leo Cullen, his inclusiveness of the wider team players , the supporters and everyone that make his side tick. He has to be one of the top managers in World Rugby, certainly in the northern hemisphere. I also watch Ronan O'Gara's reaction to his side's defeat. Another quality rugby manager. The best kind of coach is one who wins cups. Rassie Erasmus promotes himself a lot and he's arguably the best on the planet. ROG may have a big ego but he took over as La Rochelle coach only 4 years ago and he already has two champions cups. That's an incredible achievement. Meanwhile, Leo has been in charge of Leinster for 9 years and has only one champions cup in that time.

Leo Cullen is enjoying himself, and he deserves to after all the past disappoitments against these opponents. I think he could take up a marketing job if he wasn't a rugby coach and previous rugby player as he is a natural at it. Making sure people are buying the old tickets for Leinster games ! Good man himself. Croke Park will be a special venue for semi final and easier access to viewing for supporters as all seats more at pitch level.

OUR WONDERFUL RTE had Leo interview on the side of the pitch after the game . He was so open and i interesting talking about lots of things we don't normally get from him .. AND RTE BEING RTE ENDED THE INTERVIEW Abruptly BECAUSE THEY RAN OUT OF TIME 😢😢😢 clowns 🤡 get the best interview in years and don't have the sense to run a few minutes over 😢😢😢

I think he's been with Leinster for 9 years but only has one champions cup in that time. You'd expect more than 1 cup in that timeframe with a side comprised of Irish internationals. Some people were saying his job would've been on the line had Leinster lost yesterday. Yesterdays emphatic win might have had more to do with Nienaber than Leo.

Such a tired talking point. Vast majority of Leinster's players are from Leinster and played all their rugby there, unlike La Rochelle for one. Should Leinster not be allowed to have players from Leinster?

The Leinster team are not Ireland mate its that they are picked to play for ireland. The vast majority unlike, other URC teams like La Rochelle etc. , grew up in leinster, learned their rugby in leinster schools attended leinster academies. etc. Its to be lauded and rather than knocking it look to improve your own situation. would be more productive...its taken years of hard graft for leinster to get there.
