They serve different purposes. Dragonic accumulates ATK and can permanently negate multiple effects from both Monsters and S/T, while Leo decreases enemy ATK and responds to enemy effects and negates them. One is good for your turn, the other is good for your opponent’s turn.

Finally OG Hope/Utopia Ray is getting respect put to his name. I mean this nigga is the only Ray to use ZWs and he looks so badass using them. Hes also my favorite Hope Ray because his design is so not so complicated, hes Black and White (with a hint to yellow to represent his former selve ofc) which represents Chaos because HE IS Chaos. All the other Chaos Number Rays are overly complicated, with all their colors and stuff. Also you gotta admit Hope Ray has the best quality animation, especially when he uses his effect to shine brighter than the sun.

The two are almost polar opposites. *Dragonic: can get a ZW from the deck when targeted for effect or attack(either turn). Also can negate multiple face-up cards up to the number of equipped ZWs, but only during your turn *Leo: quick effect monster negate, but can only target monsters. Can only get a ZW during your turn, but can also equip straight from the Extra Deck

Actually, Sylphid Wing really does have a use: permanent compounding ATK gain. That 1600 ATK boost does not have an “until the End Phase” clause, so it sticks around as long as Sylphid Wing stays equipped. Plus, that effect activates once per turn every time the opponent summons a monster through an activated effect, so that basically guarantees a 1600 ATK boost each turn considering activated effects are the main method of summoning Monsters. Couple that with the protection provided by Lightning Blade,Tornado Bringer, and Pegasus Twin Saber, and the only time Sylphid Wing is leaving the field is by its own effect, which may never come around considering how easily a single Utopia with all those ZWs can OTK.

@@MaleficWeegee Well a good lot of Numbers were only printed once (for example Victory was only printed in Judgement of the Light as an Ultimate and a Super) and thanks to that the prices of those ones get way high. The best example would be Number 92: Heart-Earth Dragon, which only as I think 2 print from the same set in English, one print in Deutsch and an Oversized version (I'm not sure on that one) but for example the Ultra Rare I bought was at 70 bucks (the price of a Zeus...). So yeah, having fun collecting them but god damn is it expensive.

@@MaleficWeegee Well, if you have the money to put into the highest rarity for a card, it's always better (or if the price between rarity isn't that large) for example, my Utopia Victory is the Ultimate because the price wasn't that expensive yet. Utopia Kaiser is still a 9-10 buck I think? But due to it having only one print as a Secret in a BLLR type of set, it will go up in price because we just don't know if Komoney is ever going to reprint it. I mean I'm still waiting for an Hexe Trude/Glife reprint from BLLR.

Not really, i play both decks and if you chain just before they equip the Pegasus (monster negator) the entire board dies to Nib. It is a deck that has both consistency and extender but the most optimal plays are huge chokepoints. For example Utopia Double is the best Utopia monster, a hit there makes suboptimal plays and you need to get a superior extender to go for the next Xyz or open a working hand. They can still play through interruption, but the deck is fragile enough to not reach tier 1/2. But it is a solid rogue option.
