They were pretty misrepresentative with some of Frank's stuff in this fight. For example, the ExoSuit isn't MADE out of slushie machines, it's a proper piece of military hardware. It's just that he attached the slushie machines to the ExoSuit and SOMEHOW gave it the ability to fire ice tornadoes and ice spear shots. It could also be upgraded with various other abilities, such as electricity, compressed air blasts and more. I'd highly recommend the Dead Rising series, even if 4 wasn't the best of the games
