I'm astounded that there are only 3 comments on this video after six years. This is a huge problem in the Army because there just isn't enough trust in most units. We have a "no fail" mindset and not a learning & growth mindset.

The best single hour I've spent on youtube in years. This applies to hospitals and likely to police and a wide range of hierarchical organizations. But the essence of scholarship is asking the right question and pursuing it fearlessly, which he clearly does.

Yes. We need to adapt and reinvent ourselves every day... not adhere to routines that hold back innovation and positive change. This goes far beyond just thw army. This inhibiting and stifling of innovation occurs across humanity on almost every scale. You excellent human being. Thank you.

How many times have I marked "medically qualified" during retirement physicals despite the soldiers' long list of chronic ailments despite never having a single profile or medical visits. So sad.
