I am so upset when I bring files in for it to cut it doesn't cut inside some of the letters how do I fix this

Depends on the file type.... What file type are you opening? Are you selecting, include holes when you open the file? If it's a png or joeg file, is it 300 dpi resolution? Low resolution files will trace what it can see. If it's too low of resolution, then it may not see the insides.

Can you explain more? Do you have specific questions on Romeo? Pretty much all of the videos I have done can be applied to both Juliet and Romeo.
