For anyone who's wondering where Leo's feat of defeating Ra's Al Ghul came from, it's from the rather recent crossover movie of "Batman VS Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles". The heroes in a half shell team up with Batman, Batgirl, and Robin(don't know which one is behind the mantle of this one but he looked rather young) to put a stop to the Foot Clan and League of Assassin's plans. The turtles swapped villains with Batman for the final battle of said movie with Leo going up against Ra's. Leo beat him by means of a combination of a low blow that would make Johnny Cage proud and the use of a technique that struck Ra's Al Ghul's pressure points to knock him out.

@@SirStanleytheStumbler the ability to warp around a tightly enclosed space with low to no lighting in places and poor footing, this would give the turtle a massive advantage. there are also a number of combo attack that need to real planning for him to pull of like causing an high voltage electric cable to his the sewage to fry the power ranger dealing a massive amount of damage (while simultaneously avoiding counter strikes as Leo holds his target in place with his warp and attack straggly) also many parts of the sewage system would release a corrosive fume when agitate by a large electric current, Leo being more resilient to toxic fumes would also have an advantage. So with all this damage even if Jason used his remaining strength to escape the battle would be over when his transformation switches back to his normal human form thanks to all that damage. But to be fair the fight was designed to give the transformer a win and the turtle a loss and is as always more about long term death battle strategic appeal then about actual fair fights (this is easier to see with reoccurring characters who have feats added or removed depending on who they are fighting and who death battle wants to win the fight)

What about all the aliens, Ancient SuperNinjas, giant animal mutants that are on par, with the monsters Rita sends out, and interdimensional creatures, and all the robots that the ninja turtles go up against? Jason technically has a cheat sheet. I wouldn't toss the ninja turtles out, cause they also fight against creatures like the Rangers on a day to day basis. FIghting someone like Leatherhead isn't easy.

Ulysses Contreras either you smoke highly crack or you have ZERO idea how powerful the red ranger is let alone how powerful the power rangers are in general? It doesn’t matter how “experienced” Leo is the power grid and power morphs completely amplified any persons ability... a person who doesn’t even know how to fight can suddenly be a fighting prodigy because of the power grid. The power rangers also have taken out much more powerful beings than the TMNT and are much more durable and also have variety of different styles in combat... and not only that the TMNT probably doesn’t even have enough strength or power to damage or hurt through the power rangers power grid armor.
