It's actually under the feats @ 10:30 They simply didn't directly mentioned it. He's just the captain proving his strength when his team got pinned down. Jason's experience as a teacher gives him a lot of experience even with Tommy who didn't originate from Angel Grove was probably well known elsewhere.

It's relevant to note that Mikey specialises in one of the most unwieldable weapons in popular culture, one that requires significantly more skill just to be borderline competent with than something like a sword does to be reasonably skilled with. Well, to be fair, the Turtles fight common street criminals like the Purple Dragons and usually they use their weapons, and they don't kill them. So, even though Leo pulled out his swords at the start of the fight even before Jason morphed into a Ranger, chances are he wouldn't use it to kill at least at the start.

For anyone who's wondering where Leo's feat of defeating Ra's Al Ghul came from, it's from the rather recent crossover movie of "Batman VS Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles". The heroes in a half shell team up with Batman, Batgirl, and Robin(don't know which one is behind the mantle of this one but he looked rather young) to put a stop to the Foot Clan and League of Assassin's plans. The turtles swapped villains with Batman for the final battle of said movie with Leo going up against Ra's. Leo beat him by means of a combination of a low blow that would make Johnny Cage proud and the use of a technique that struck Ra's Al Ghul's pressure points to knock him out.

looking back on this, they should of included for Jason, the dragon dagger and the dragon shield. As it was technically his boosted form. Giving him way more durability, duel wield capability with increased speed an energy from the grid, an literally doubling his strengths

The dragon powers were only on loan to him for a short time so I don't think you can consider them part of his red ranger powers, and he didn't use them a whole lot. Also, after MMPR we have seen cameo episodes where he uses the MM red ranger powers again, but never see him use the dragon powers again. And in fact other cameo episodes have seen Tommy appear as the green ranger again so they might've been given back even if he can't use them normally. In the end it would've just been overkill as he was already pretty much going to win regardless as since they purposefully left out the rarely used/more extreme powerups. If you were to include anything either one of them has /ever/ used in any variation even once it'd probably be a lot harder to figure out. Heck, I think they even gave leo some bonuses as I'm pretty sure that mystical healing wasn't common in all variants, or that portal sword. Though if the dragon powers would let them match up against dragon-leo that would've probably been pretty awesome to see. One thing I'm trying hard to overlook in these Death Battle videos is the very thin premise for any of these battles to happen or end in death in the first place, as they are very out of character for most of these characters. They wouldn't go past maybe a few blows in the first place, let alone all the way to the death. Some of the characters they've done death battles on have specifically never killed. So I have to suspend my disbelief. These videos aren't really about what the characters themselves /would/ do, only what they /could/ do.

It doesn’t matter how “experienced” Leo is the power grid and power morphs completely amplified any persons ability... a person who doesn’t even know how to fight can suddenly be a fighting prodigy because of the power grid. The power rangers also have taken out much more powerful beings than the TMNT and are much more durable and also have variety of different styles in combat... and not only that the TMNT probably doesn’t even have enough strength or power to damage or hurt through the power rangers power grid armor.

15:56 Ok if we’re using the Rise incarnation as scaling, the finale movie have him get knocked through a derelict spaceship and crash into more debris in Dimension X by Kraang, while already exhausted and unable to defend himself, with enough force to _shatter_ the ship, followed up with MORE wailing away on him… _and he managed to survive long enough to be rescued._ Not sure if it overtakes the 12,524 ranger strength feat, but it feels like a bit more then 12 tons of dynamite. And that’s scaling directly to HIM so there’s no ambiguity (aside from what the ship itself was made of, which if anything should only add MORE to his durability since it was likely made of materials stronger then what earth has.)

Well Jason scales to monsters themselves obviously so , in the episode "opposites attract" , Magnetic Brain a monster created by Lord Zedd had enough energy in him to well..possibly Atomize the Planet. Hell magnetic Brain still disrupted the earths gravitational field , a feat worth atleast 61 exatons of tnt.

So, yeah, for anyone wondering about the turtles' weapons, there's a _really_ good fan explanation I've seen before. * Michelangelo: Being the least focused turtle, he gets the nunchucks. As a weapon that requires absolute focus to use, he has to overcome his hyperactivity to wield them. * Raphael: As a fight-happy Leeroy Jenkins, he gets twin sai. Since the sai is a defensive weapon, essentially just a type of parrying dagger, he has to take on a defensive style to tame his innate aggressiveness. * Donatello: Since he's the turtle most dependent on technology, he gets the quarterstaff. Being very possibly the simplest weapon, it helps him learn to function without his tech. * Leonardo: I... don't remember, actually. I think it was something about being decisive, but I'm not sure.

this battle exist with a established two time solo winner, versus a three time series loser, meanwhile they gave leo two distinct power boost contradicting their own rules to make it interesting (mario vs sonic 2) while excluding what he needed to win (mario vs sonic 2), and using the if "yellow did this so can red" logic (Metal vs zero mario vs sonic 2 deedeede vs wario and many more). because leo has won and power rangers have lost, regardless of if i agree or not this was in the nicest way possible a pity episode meant to give the rangers (as much as i love them) a free win.

@@gamerscout7452 yeah lets be real, leo was a saturday morning cartoon, as if pushing a pillar over is his greatest strength feat, the need to scale his to being in a explosion, why how many explosions do you think he has been in, i sure as hell am not going to go count them, way to many. They clearly wanted to hand the ranger a win, so removed any versions of tmnt that would take the win under the context of "consistant", as jusdged by the ones who can't even follow their own guidelines.
