That has to be Dexter, he is way more adept at making combat oriented stuff and robots. His lab is orders of magnitude bigger than Neutron's and thanks to DeeDee he is also adept at dealing with losses and rebuilding from scratch. Dexters monkey experiment even turned into a super hero.

I think another big advantage Danny had is his attitude, although Danny is the same age as him and does still have quite a bit of it himself Jake always seemed far more immature than Danny and thus was a lot more susceptible to letting his arrogance go to his head
