9:45 he goes full Chopin Also notice that the performer ended quite differently from the score in the video. Different edition? Scherbakov's own composing? Either way I find it more convincing in context than what I see written.

Do you know why Godowsky is not as famous a composer as Chopin? Because he's not that good.

That doesn't make any sense. Almost no one knows Medtner, yet Rachmaninoff regarded him as the greatest piano composer of their generation, and he was probably right. And Godowsky was a giant too. Also, you have no point. Why did you feel the need to denigrate his music, bring no arguments and just compare it to a composer who wasn't even his contemporary. What does Chopin have to do with this?
