I've seen a video where the crystals needed to be cleanse, how do you cleanse your crystals ma'am :( :) and is there a required time to do it? And is meditation and manifestation with it really necessary?

I think I'm having unusually strong reaction to my lepidolite pendant. I've only used my various stones/pendants for decor in the past. I started wearing my lepidolite a few days ago and am having the weirdest reaction. The closest description that I have is that it's making me feel high? Like I actually feel stoned from wearing this stone? Lol, seriously though. I feel it physically relaxing me and my neck pain is gone, my depression is alleviated, I'm sleeping for hours and having bizarre dreams. It's definitely not a negative feeling but it's very intense, like a spiritual high or something. I haven't even been meditating or doing anything besides wearing the pendant. I'm not someone who really believed in the healing or spiritual properties of stones or crystals either. I always thought it would be nice if they actually worked but never really believed they would. Anyway, this is so intense, it's unreal. Wondering if this is anywhere near a normal reaction? I'm feeling so weird that I feel I should remove the pendant to be productive but I'm enjoying feeling high while being completely sober....😂❤

I am very new to crystals but I bought my first one the other day which just so happened to be lepidolite! I listened to my intuition and chose lepidolite out of a dozen different crystals without knowing anything about it. And now that I'm learning, I'm really shocked at myself for choosing one I really needed. I'm moving from PA to Texas in a week, which is obviously a huge and stressful transition. I'm also a Libra moon so it was extra cool when I read your description! I just finished your mediitation and felt a heaviness when I started thinking about my life, with the lepidolite in my hand. it wasn't a bad heaviness though, it almost felt like a safe haven. Hopefully that means I'm going to love living in Texas, and I'm eager to try more of your meditations in the future!

I did a mediation with my lepidolite, I'm a libra rising i didn't know that the stone was meant "for me" cuz of my sign, but felt its great energy since day one. The meditation i did was a bit risky, as i put it on my head.. I was a stillness at some point. Literally. A stillness. Nothingness. I had to end the meditation as I was going off my head in my visualization at some point. So, place it anywhere but not on the head. I wasn't ready for the changes that are happening in my head now. It might have healed my mind which I wasn't aware of and ready for.. no overnight change is good so confusion is a bit overwhelming at times. Nonetheless I'm working on it. Xoxo

You know that feeling when you get out of a hot bath, you feel relaxed and your skin feels tingly. That's how I feel especially in the hand that the lepidolite was in.

Just did my first ever meditation with a crystal, and used my lepidolite slice, so it’s more rough and flat kind of flaky…. I experienced and am continuing to experience a weird sensation in my head and ears. Slight pressure nothing crazy when I opened my eyes I felt slightly dizzy but clear minded! I suffer from many disorders including bipolar disorder/ BPD! I enjoyed this meditation will do it again in a few days but with my lepidolite bracelet this time! Thank you. Any tips or feedback?

Is it normal for to feel like a knot in your stomach throughout the mediation, it slowly going away?

It likely means that something in the meditation is triggering you so you feel a physical symptom. At what point in the meditation does this occur? When you sit through the meditation again, if it happens again you can even ask yourself, "Tell me more about this knot in my stomach" and see what message arises for you. 🙏
