I actually fell asleep during this meditation.. It made me feel calm, centered & I was able to reflect on my need for a more loving relationship not only with myself but also with others. I recently purchased a little Rhodochrosite tower for myself after my wife described how much her piece has been helping her with a recent trauma we both experienced. I'm so glad I did, and this guided meditation was very needed for me - it really helped me start the healing process and attune to the stone, and this was a wonderfully emotional, powerful session. I did this meditation for the first time today and my cat was with me lying. Then she just layed almost on my hand and I just smiled bc it was bit funny. I also remembred that I got better at meditating, because when I first started something like that would be huge distraction for me and I would be stressed because I wouldnt be super focusing on meditating and being still. After meditation I drank rosehip & mint herbal tea. Thank you for this meditation.

Rhodochrosite was one of my more recent stones to work with. I got it only a few months ago, but when I met mine I felt a deep connection right away. The softness and emotional warmth that comes from it is what drew me to it and I'm so glad I listened. So much of my life is tied to the benefits of rhodochrosite and I'm so excited to continue working with it. Especially with this video as a new resource!!! Thank you 💕💕💕💕

Thanks Shannon. First time using my little pyramid stone. Warm and soft. My heart chakra needs lot healing. I keep going with this stone. Arr there any other strong heart ones you recommend i can alternate with.
