*LEPRECHAUN* is the least intimidating horror villain ever!

I am so embarrassed to admit that I was scared of this thing as a kid!
We were hoping this would be so bad it was good however that was definitely not the case!

This is why I like watching reaction channels with ladies. The conversations, the catty jokes, and commentary. And I'm sorry if I haven't learned names yet other than Tasha's. But the one with green over the white shirt cracks me up. Her commentary during Sleepaway Camp was a bonus. To be honest, at first glance, I would've guessed she was a Mormon, but nope... she's fun.

I watched this on St. Patrick's Day lol. It's so ridiculous but fun. A guilty pleasure 100%. Jennifer Aniston is kinda ashamed of this movie. She told a story about it being on late night television and her boyfriend watched it, much to her embarrassment. She had to endure the shame. 😂😂 But hey, ya gotta start somewhere. Just look at her now.

I don't know if it's their agents or what it is but they always distance themselves from those movies once they make it big. Kinda disappointing. Some of those horror movies are considered classics now. Nothing to be ashamed of, really.

As bad as Leprechaun may be, at least Robert Hy Gorman aka Alex was able to be featured in better movies like Don’t Tell Mom The Babysitter’s Dead, Forever Young, and Rookie Of The Year where he was able to work with the likes of Christina Applegate, Daniel Stern, and Mel Gibson in those movies.

I dont know what is the opposite of a Leprechaun is, but in this movie you could say... Ewoks because the actor playing the Leprechaun 10 years earlier played, Wicket the Ewok. Also, if you watch any of the other films, Tasha should eat a bowl of Frosted Lucky Charms.

So. Leprechaun 2, 3, and 4 are independent from this movie. 5 and 6 (the hood movies) are sequels to each other but still independent. Leprechaun Returns is technically the sequel to this movie. While Leprechaun origins might be a prequel but I haven't watched that one so i'm unsure. Personally I think Leprechaun 2 and 3 are better. Leprechaun 2 has a Saint Patricks Day theme. Space (4) is cliché. While 5 and 6 are just meant to be funny. Leprechaun Returns was meant to be the actual sequel/reboot, but Warwick Davis doesn't play in it.

Yeah, there were quite a few stupid or silly style "horror" movies of the time. Most just faded into obscurity though. Leprechaun's just the one that is remembered and got some sequels.

This movie is so ridiculous, but it sucks there are parts where they took itself too seriously, but there is a reason for that during filling (I forgot which was which it’s been so long since I’ve seen this movie) but one side wanted it to be a horror and the other side wanted it to be a comedy. But when I was a kid this movie was scary to me and now it’s a guilty pleasure
