Good god Einar has the sexiest nørs accent ever. On a serious note Malina was fucking incredible. 5/5 incredible records for this band. An absolute perfect discography. Mirage is such a cool epic track... No wonder its played on everyshow.

Such down to earth guys. Malina was a unique gem in the homogenised Prog Metal world.

Malina was a magnificent experience both as a studio album and as a live show. Personally, most songs from that record are the best ever made by Leprous. And I love how these guys created something magical during live performances. Really look forward for the Pitfalls cycle 🖤

This whole album is full of brilliance, energy, and elegance. It's one of my favorite albums of all time. It's such a unique sound that I've never heard anywhere else and it has me excited for what is to come with Pitfalls. The album cover of Malina is also a magnificent piece of art. I'd love to have a great big framed poster of it, but I haven't really seen that available yet :( :)

Its really good. Especially if you are nostalgic of Bilateral. Its kinda a lovechil between Bilateral and The Congregation with an added layer of atmosphere

Give it a few listens spread over time. I was a big fan of the first two albums and didn't like that they'd moved away from the heaviness, but if you look at the album as its own thing and don't judge it for lack of heaviness, it's a fucking fantastic album. And unique as hell.

@@madeofwax92 The amount of heaviness on a record should never be a judging point...

@@DreginyReacts ? I just said that I didn't like that they moved away from it. I'm allowed to like what I like and you people gotta get your neuroses under control and accept that. Nowhere did I say "Malina is a 7/10 because it wasn't heavy enough".
