Lepy LP-2020A Compared to Lepai LP-2020A+

This video compares a Tripath chip Lepai LP-2020A+ to a cheaper Lepy LP-2020A. The look is similar but the performance is very different. The Lepai has more audio out. It uses a Tripath chip. The Lepy uses a cheap LP2020 chip which is poorly engineered and produces an enormous amount of RFI. The interference is so strong I cannot use the amp with my shortwave receiver. The Lepai also produces an lot of RFI but not as much as the Lepy. Neither one is a good choice for using around shortwave radios.
