Why is it a red run? It doesn't look any steeper the the blue one.

I was thinking of not doing this run. The steep sides of the track sort of worry me. But I might try it as the red slopes don't look as steep on the video as compared to when I tried it In late March. I am hoping it was because it was lacking a decent amount of snow as I remember it being quite Icy in some places which made it hard to control (plagne red slope 2015). Like the previous comment said... it does not quite look like a red slope but Maybe it is to deter those graduating from green to blue slopes? If you cannot fully control yourself and don't quite make the turns or etc it could be very dangerous.

It isn't super steep but in saying that, all runs are steeper in person than they look in videos. Yes it is narrow and often icy. It also depends on how busy it is. It all depends on your experience and comfort level.
