My semester abroad in London of 2003 I went to hear him dj 2 or 3 times around town. The third time he was playing the tiny back room/bar area of The End. He took a break at the bar and I told him how much Darkdancer influenced me in the US, and how ahead of its time it was. He was super nice and seemed genuinely flattered that I knew who he was and that I came out to hear him play. Fast forward 2 years later and the guy is producing for and touring with Madonna. Crazy.
