It was only last night that I really noticed and paid attention to that move for the first time and I just thought about how most people would snap their knee doing that! I am saddened to hear that Les Twins were originally turned away by the Apollo Theatre. It is evident that they are a rare talent. I hope that they will be able to soon afford their own cameras and stage sets because I am sure that we loose many of their brilliant moves through the use of unpaid amateur documentation (no shade intended). It is well known that Michael Jackson required at least three positioned cameras to shoot his performances. It is through Les Twins dance that we see melody and feel the beat. When they dance our mood, focus, and understanding of the music is changed. We hear what we have not heard before and see what was not exposed. They are a phenomenon! Until the time that I am blessed to see them in person...thanks for posting!

+The Real Ianah The copyright thing is very annoying. It's unfortunate as that was my favorite part of the performance. When I originally uploaded this video the entire audio was blocked due to a claim on that one song so I had to re-edit the video muting that song and then I was able to successfully upload the edited version (minus that track). Most songs these days don't get blocked - just the really big ones and "The Hills" is one such song so the record label is trying to maximize traffic to the primary video featuring that song.

But I think one major reason many Twins fans don't feel as excited about their new performances is because of their song choices; they pick relatively monotone songs for their performances these days. If you compare this to say 2012 HHI or 2013 HHI, the songs aren't as vibrant and don't flow together as well. Not to say this one is bad, in fact it's the best they've come up with in a long while imo, but their song choices do heavily affect how their entire performance looks like.

+El Australiano My favorite was the Backstreet part haha, threw me off a lot. In 2012 they danced to a lot of Michael Jackson (they danced to two of his songs), and the other songs they used were more vibrant and melodic largely in part because DJ Nastynas contributed for the most part of 2012 (he's their personal dj). The song Voxx Black Light in their 2012 HHI performance is made by him, and another song Hypnotise was used by Larry many times for his freestyle.

Ken Inao Maybe as they've become more popular and more famous they've gone more "mainstream" with their musical choices? It's what happens with many artists - they start making choices between "maintaining individuality" and "being commercial appealling" - maybe that's part of it.
